How We Make Money

This website, its theme builder and its free themes are free to use. They're funded by advertising, affiliate links and banners.

Affiliate links

Some links in our guides and articles are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. This never changes the price you pay. Pages that contain affiliate links say so at the top.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

We may also earn commission through other affiliate programmes. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored links in our code.

Advertising and banners

Some pages show adverts and sponsored banners, which are always labelled "Advertisement". Advertisers have no say over what we write or which themes we offer.

Free themes and paid themes

Our themes and theme builder are free. We may add paid themes in future; if we do, they'll be clearly priced, and the free builder and free themes will stay free.

Our independence

We choose what to write about and what to recommend ourselves. No company can pay to change a guide, a fact or a recommendation. Read our editorial policy for how we research and check our guides.
